Gizlilik Politikası

Bu metin, Glowy uygulamasında kişisel verilerinin nasıl işlendiğini anlatır ve 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) m.10 kapsamındaki aydınlatma metnidir.

2. Özel nitelikli veriler ve açık rıza

Cinsiyetin ve kimlerle ilgilendiğin bilgisi, cinsel hayata ilişkin çıkarım yapılabileceği için KVKK m.6 kapsamında özel nitelikli veri sayılabilir. Bu verileri yalnız seni tercihlerine uyan kişilerle eşleştirmek için ve yalnız AÇIK RIZANLA işleriz. Rıza, kayıt sırasında şartlardan ayrı bir kutuyla alınır; hangi tarihte ve metnin hangi sürümüne verildiği sunucumuzda, değiştirilemez biçimde kaydedilir.

Rızanı dilediğin an geri alabilirsin. Eşleştirme bu veriler olmadan çalışamadığı için rızayı geri almak hesabını silmen anlamına gelir (8. bölüm). Geri alma, o güne dek yapılan işlemeyi hukuka aykırı kılmaz.

3. Verileri ne için ve hangi hukuki sebeple kullanıyoruz

Verilerini satmayız, reklam amacıyla kimseyle paylaşmayız ve seni yalnız otomatik işlemeye dayanan, hukuki sonuç doğuran bir karara tabi tutmayız.

4. Başkalarının gördükleri

Oyunlarda, eşleşmelerde ve Date vitrininde karşındaki kişi adını, yaşını, fotoğraflarını, hakkında yazını, şehrini (ilçe ve il), profil müziğini, yaklaşık uzaklığını, şu an çevrimiçi olup olmadığını (Ayarlar › Gizlilik'ten gizleyebilirsin) ve oyun başarılarını görebilir. E-posta adresin, doğum tarihin (yalnız yaşın görünür) ve konum koordinatların başka kullanıcılara gösterilmez.

Yazılı mesajlarını yalnız sen ve yazıştığın kişi görür; bir şikâyet ya da engel anında, bir sohbet fotoğrafı kaldırıldığında ya da bir hesap kapatıldığında alınan inceleme kopyasına (1. bölüm) yetkili ekibimiz de erişebilir. Sohbette gönderilen fotoğraflar ise çocuk güvenliği ve yasa dışı içeriğin önlenmesi için, şikâyet olmasa da yetkili ekibimizce incelenebilir — henüz incelenmeden silinen bir fotoğraf da 7. bölümdeki süre içinde. Fotoğraflara yalnız denetim panelinden bakılır; paneldeki her görüntüleme ve her karar kayda geçer ve uygunsuz bulunan fotoğraf sohbetten kaldırılır.

Gölge maç: Bang maçlarındaki tepki sürelerin kaydedilir; sen çevrimdışıyken bu kayıt adın ve fotoğrafınla başkalarına karşı oynatılabilir. Gölge maç ekranda her zaman gölge olarak işaretlenir. Varsayılan olarak açıktır; Ayarlar › Gizlilik'ten istediğin an kapatırsın. Ters yönde de geçerlidir: bir gölgeye karşı oynarsan adın, fotoğrafın ve skorun gölgenin sahibine gösterilir.

5. Konum

Konumu yalnız sen izin verirsen ve yalnız uygulama açıkken alırız; arka planda izlemeyiz. Konum cihazından yaklaşık 1 km'lik bir ızgaraya yuvarlanarak çıkar ve sunucuda da bu ızgarada saklanır; ince konumun cihazından ayrılmaz. Tek amacı, mesafe filtresinin çalışması ve karşındaki kişiye yaklaşık uzaklığın gösterilmesidir: başkaları yalnız kilometre cinsinden yaklaşık bir uzaklık görür, 1 km'nin altında yalnız "Yakınında" yazar. Koordinatların başka kullanıcılara açılmaz.

Konum izni verdiğinde cihazın, konumundan bir yer adı (ilçe ve il, ör. "Üsküdar, İstanbul") çıkarır; bu ad profilinde görünür ve Profili düzenle ekranından değiştirebilir ya da silebilirsin. İzni cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilirsin; bu durumda mesafe filtresi çalışmaz.

6. Hizmet sağlayıcılar ve yurt dışına aktarım

Verilerin, bizim adımıza ve talimatımızla çalışan şu sağlayıcılar tarafından işlenir:

Bu sağlayıcılar yurt dışında bulunduğu için verilerin yurt dışına aktarılır. Aktarım, KVKK m.9'da öngörülen usullere (uygun güvenceler, standart sözleşme ya da gereken hâllerde açık rıza) dayanır.

7. Saklama süreleri

Verilerini hesabın açık olduğu sürece saklarız. Hesabını sildiğinde 8. bölümdeki veriler, bu bölümde sayılan istisnalar dışında derhal silinir; hizmet sağlayıcımızın yedeklerindeki kopyalar yedekleme döngüsü içinde, en geç 30 gün içinde kendiliğinden yok olur.

Henüz incelenmemiş bir sohbet fotoğrafı silindiğinde (sen sildiğinde, hesabını sildiğinde ya da karşındaki kişi hesabını sildiği için sohbet silindiğinde) fotoğraf sohbetten hemen kalkar; güvenlik incelemesi için silindiği andan itibaren en çok 30 gün saklanır, bu sürede yalnız yetkili ekibimiz görebilir, sonra dosyasıyla birlikte silinir. Bu sürede incelenip kaldırılan bir fotoğrafın kopyası ise — daha önce kaldırılmış bir fotoğraf sonradan silindiğinde de — 30 günle sınırlı kalmaz; aşağıdaki kaldırma kopyaları gibi, silindiği andan itibaren en geç 12 ay saklanır, sonra dosyasıyla birlikte silinir.

Şikâyetler ile şikâyet, engel, fotoğraf kaldırma ya da hesap kapatma anında alınan sohbet kopyaları (kopyadaki fotoğraflar dahil) ve şikâyet edilen hesabın e-posta özeti yalnız inceleme ve olası uyuşmazlık için, hesap silinse de alındıkları tarihten itibaren en geç 12 ay saklanır, sonra kendiliğinden silinir. Sohbet fotoğraflarının inceleme kayıtları da en geç 12 ay tutulur. Hesabı silinen kişinin şikâyeti kimliksiz kalır (sebep, ekran ve zaman).

Kurallarımızı ihlal ettiği için kapatılan bir hesabın e-posta adresinin geri döndürülemez özeti (adresin kendisi değil), aynı kişinin yeniden hesap açmasını önlemek için kapatma kararı yürürlükte olduğu sürece saklanır; karar kaldırılırsa özet silinir. Moderasyon kararlarının kaydı, bir kapatma yürürlükte olduğu sürece; yürürlükte bir kapatma yoksa (ör. kaldırılan bir karar ya da inceleme sonunda geri açılan bir profil) en geç 12 ay tutulur.

Bir uyuşmazlık ya da resmî talep varsa ilgili kayıtlar, mevzuatın öngördüğü süre boyunca ve yalnız bu amaçla saklanabilir. Bir sohbet fotoğrafı çocuk istismarı şüphesiyle kaldırıldığında ise şunlar 30 günlük ve 12 aylık sürelere bağlı kalmadan, yasal süreç boyunca ve yalnız yetkili mercilere teslim edilmek amacıyla saklanır: kaldırılan fotoğraf, o sohbetten alınan kanıt kopyaları, fotoğrafı gönderenin kanıt kopyalarındaki kendi mesajları (başka sohbetlerden alınanlar dahil) ve o fotoğrafın inceleme kayıtları. Kurallarımızı ihlal ettiği için kapatılmış bir hesabın Google/Apple hesap kimliğinin geri döndürülemez özeti de, kapatma kararı yürürlükte olduğu sürece saklanır. Google ya da Apple ile başlayıp profilini 30 gün içinde tamamlamadığın hesap kendiliğinden silinir.

8. Hesabını ve verilerini silme

Hesabını uygulamanın içinden, Ayarlar › Hesap › Hesabı sil adımından kendin silebilirsin; profilini henüz tamamlamadıysan kayıt adımlarının ilk ekranından da silebilirsin. Silme kalıcıdır ve geri alınamaz. Silinenler: profilin, fotoğrafların, eşleşmelerin, mesajların ve sohbetlerde gönderilen fotoğraflar, davet hakların, serin ve oyun geçmişin. Sohbetlerindeki henüz incelenmemiş fotoğraflar güvenlik incelemesi için en çok 30 gün saklanır, sonra dosyalarıyla birlikte silinir; kaldırılmış ya da bu sürede incelenip kaldırılan bir fotoğrafın kopyası ise en geç 12 ay saklanır (7. bölüm). Hesabını silmek App Store ya da Google Play aboneliğini iptal etmez; aboneliğini mağaza ayarlarından ayrıca iptal etmelisin. Rıza kayıtların kimliğinden ayrılarak saklanır; artık sana bağlanamaz. Yeni hesap hediyesinin (3 davet hakkı) kişi başına bir kez verilebilmesi için e-posta adresinin geri döndürülemez bir özeti silmeden sonra da saklanır; bu özetten e-posta adresin geri elde edilemez ve başka hiçbir amaçla kullanılmaz. Hakkında ya da senin tarafından yapılmış bir şikâyet veya engel varsa o anda alınan sohbet kopyası ve e-posta özeti; gönderdiğin bir fotoğraf kaldırıldıysa ya da hesabın kapatıldıysa o anda alınan sohbet kopyaları 7. bölümdeki süreler boyunca saklanır.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan kayıtlı e-posta adresinden info@altai.games adresine yazarak da silme talep edebilirsin; talebini en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getiririz. Apple ile girdiysen silmede Apple'ın bu uygulamaya verdiği izin de kaldırılır; gizli aktarma adresini Apple Hesabı ayarlarından görebilirsin.

9. Hakların

KVKK m.11 uyarınca; verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi isteme, amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, aktarıldığı kişileri bilme, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini ya da yok edilmesini isteme, bu işlemlerin aktarılan kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, otomatik analiz sonucu aleyhine çıkan sonuca itiraz etme ve zararının giderilmesini isteme hakkına sahipsin.

Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı'ndaysan GDPR kapsamında erişim, düzeltme, silme, kısıtlama, taşınabilirlik ve itiraz haklarına da sahipsin.

Profil bilgilerini uygulamadan kendin düzeltebilirsin. Diğer talepler için info@altai.games adresine yaz; en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz yanıtlarız. Yanıtımızı yetersiz bulursan Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunabilirsin.

10. Güvenlik

Bağlantılar şifrelidir (TLS). Oturum bilgin telefonunda şifreli olarak, anahtarı cihazının güvenli kasasında (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) saklanır; güvenli kasanın kullanılamadığı istisnai durumlarda yalnız uygulamanın cihazdaki kendi alanında tutulur. Veritabanında her kullanıcı yalnız görmeye yetkili olduğu satır ve alanlara erişebilir; konum ve kimlik alanları ayrıca kapalıdır. Sohbet fotoğrafları özel bir alanda tutulur; yalnız o eşleşmenin iki tarafına ve 4. bölümdeki inceleme için yetkili ekibimize açıktır. Kaldırılan bir fotoğraf iki tarafa da (gönderen dahil) kapanır; dosyası, iki tarafın da erişemediği ayrı bir alana taşınır. Bir fotoğrafı sildiğinde ya da hesabını sildiğinde fotoğraf karşındaki kişinin sohbetinden hemen kalkar. Silinen fotoğraf henüz incelenmemişse güvenlik incelemesi için en çok 30 gün yalnız yetkili ekibimize açık kalır, sonra dosyasıyla birlikte silinir; bu sürede incelenip kaldırılırsa en geç 12 ay saklanır. Bir şikâyet, engel, fotoğraf kaldırma ya da hesap kapatma kopyasına alınmış fotoğraf da 7. bölümdeki süreler boyunca saklanır. Mesajlardaki küfür ve hakaret içeren kelimeler sunucuda bir kelime listesiyle otomatik olarak yıldızla gizlenir; ad ve hakkında yazısında bu kelimeler kabul edilmez. Bu süzgeç mesajın anlamını yorumlamaz ve hakkında bir karar doğurmaz. Hiçbir sistem tümüyle güvenli değildir; bir ihlal hâlinde seni ve Kurul'u mevzuatın öngördüğü sürede bilgilendiririz.

11. Yaş sınırı

Glowy yalnız 18 yaşını doldurmuş kişiler içindir. Doğum tarihi kayıt sırasında sorulur ve 18 yaşından küçükler için profil oluşturulmaz. 18 yaşından küçük birinin hesap açtığını öğrenirsek hesabı ve verilerini sileriz. Böyle bir hesabı fark edersen info@altai.games adresine bildir.

12. Değişiklikler ve iletişim

Bu metni güncelleyebiliriz. Esaslı değişiklikleri uygulama içinden duyururuz; açık rıza gerektiren bir değişiklikte rızanı yeniden isteriz. Yürürlük tarihi metnin başındadır.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how your personal data is processed in the Glowy app. It also serves as the privacy notice required by Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

We collect only what the app needs to work:

2. Special category data and explicit consent

Your gender and who you are interested in may allow inferences about your sex life, and may therefore count as special category data under KVKK Article 6. We process them only to match you with people who fit your preferences, and only with your EXPLICIT CONSENT, collected at sign-up through a checkbox separate from the terms. The date of your consent and the version of this text you consented to are recorded on our server in a form that cannot be altered.

You can withdraw consent at any time. Because matching cannot work without this data, withdrawing consent means deleting your account (section 8). Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with anyone for advertising, and we do not subject you to decisions with legal effect based solely on automated processing.

4. What other people see

In games, matches and the Date showcase, the other person can see your name, age, photos, bio, city (district and province), profile song, approximate distance, whether you are online right now (you can hide this in Settings › Privacy), and your game achievements. Your email address, your date of birth (only your age is shown) and your location coordinates are never shown to other users.

Your written messages are visible only to you and the person you are chatting with; our authorised team can also access the review copy taken when a report or block is made, a chat photo is removed or an account is closed (section 1). Photos sent in chats, however, may be reviewed by our authorised team even without a report, to protect children and prevent illegal content — including a photo deleted before it was reviewed, within the period in section 7. Photos are viewed only through our review panel; every view and every decision in the panel is logged, and a photo found inappropriate is removed from the chat.

Ghost match: your reaction times in Bang matches are recorded; while you are offline, that recording may be played against other people with your name and photo. A ghost match is always labelled as a ghost on screen. It is on by default and you can turn it off at any time in Settings › Privacy. It also works the other way round: if you play against someone's ghost, your name, photo and score are shown to the ghost's owner.

5. Location

We read your location only if you allow it and only while the app is open; we do not track you in the background. Your location is rounded on your device to a grid of roughly 1 km and is stored on our server at that same precision; your precise location never leaves your device. Its sole purpose is to make the distance filter work and to show the other person an approximate distance: others see only an approximate distance in kilometres, and below 1 km only "Nearby". Your coordinates are never revealed to other users.

When you grant location permission, your device derives a place name (district and province, e.g. "Üsküdar, İstanbul") from it; that name appears on your profile and you can change or remove it on the Edit profile screen. You can revoke the permission in your device settings; the distance filter will then stop working.

6. Service providers and international transfers

Your data is processed by these providers, acting on our behalf and under our instructions:

Because these providers are located abroad, your data is transferred outside Türkiye. Transfers rely on the mechanisms set out in KVKK Article 9 (appropriate safeguards, standard contracts or, where required, explicit consent).

7. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is open. When you delete your account, the data listed in section 8 is deleted immediately, except as set out in this section; copies in our provider's backups expire within the backup cycle, within 30 days at most.

When a chat photo that has not yet been reviewed is deleted (by you, by deleting your account, or because the chat was deleted when the other person deleted their account), it disappears from the chat immediately; it is kept for safety review for up to 30 days from deletion, visible only to our authorised team during that time, and is then deleted along with its file. If it is reviewed and removed within that time — and likewise when a photo that had already been removed is deleted later — its copy is not limited to 30 days: like the removal copies below, it is kept for at most 12 months from deletion and is then deleted along with its file.

Reports, the chat copies taken when a report or block is made, a photo is removed or an account is closed (including any photos in those copies), and the digest of the reported account's email address are kept only for review and possible disputes — even if the account is deleted — for at most 12 months from when they were taken, and are then deleted automatically. Chat photo review records are also kept for at most 12 months. A report about a deleted account stays without identity (reason, screen and time only).

For an account closed for breaking our rules, an irreversible digest of its email address (not the address itself) is kept for as long as the closure decision stands, so the same person cannot open a new account; if the decision is lifted, the digest is deleted. The record of moderation decisions is kept for as long as a closure stands; where no closure is in force (for example a lifted decision, or a profile restored after review), for at most 12 months.

If there is a dispute or an official request, the relevant records may be kept for the period required by law and only for that purpose. When a chat photo is removed on suspicion of child sexual abuse, however, the following are kept regardless of the 30-day and 12-month limits, for as long as the legal process requires and only so that they can be handed over to the competent authorities: the removed photo, the evidence copies taken from that chat, the sender's own messages in evidence copies (including those taken from other chats) and that photo's review records. For an account closed for breaking our rules, the irreversible digest of its Google/Apple account identifier is also kept while the closure stands. An account started with Google or Apple whose profile is not completed within 30 days is deleted automatically.

8. Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account yourself inside the app: Settings › Account › Delete account; if you have not finished your profile yet, you can also delete it from the first sign-up screen. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. What is deleted: your profile, photos, matches, messages and the photos sent in your chats, invites, streak and game history. Photos in your chats that have not yet been reviewed are kept for safety review for up to 30 days, then deleted along with their files; the copy of a photo that had been removed, or that is reviewed and removed within that time, is kept for at most 12 months (section 7). Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; you must also cancel it in your store settings. Your consent records are kept separated from your identity and can no longer be linked to you. So that the new-account gift (3 invites) can be given only once per person, an irreversible digest of your email address is kept after deletion; your email address cannot be recovered from it and it is used for no other purpose. If a report or block involves you, the chat copy and email digest taken at that moment — and, if a photo you sent was removed or your account was closed, the chat copies taken then — are kept for the periods in section 7.

If you cannot access the app, you can also request deletion by writing to info@altai.games from your registered email address; we will complete it within 30 days at most. If you signed in with Apple, deletion also revokes the permission Apple granted this app; you can see your private relay address in your Apple Account settings.

9. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to learn whether it is used for its purpose, to know the third parties it is transferred to, to request correction, deletion or destruction, to have these actions notified to recipients, to object to an adverse result of automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you also have the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.

You can correct your profile details yourself in the app. For other requests write to info@altai.games; we reply free of charge within 30 days at most. If you find our reply insufficient, you may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.

10. Security

Connections are encrypted (TLS). Your sign-in session is stored encrypted on your phone, with its key in your device's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore); in the exceptional case where secure storage is unavailable, it is kept only in the app's own area on your device. In the database, each user can access only the rows and fields they are authorised to see; location and identity fields are additionally locked. Chat photos are kept in a private area open only to the two people in that match and, for the reviews described in section 4, to our authorised team. A removed photo is closed to both people, including the sender; its file is moved to a separate area that neither of them can access. When you delete a photo or your account, the photo disappears from the other person's chat immediately. If the deleted photo has not yet been reviewed, it stays open only to our authorised team for up to 30 days for safety review and is then deleted along with its file; if it is reviewed and removed within that time, it is kept for at most 12 months. A photo preserved in a report, block, photo-removal or account-closure copy is also kept for the periods in section 7. Swear words and insults in messages are automatically starred out on our server using a word list; such words are not accepted in your name or bio. This filter does not interpret what a message means and makes no decision about you. No system is fully secure; in the event of a breach we will notify you and the Board within the period required by law.

11. Age limit

Glowy is only for people aged 18 or over. Date of birth is asked at sign-up and no profile is created for anyone under 18. If we learn that someone under 18 has opened an account, we delete the account and its data. If you notice such an account, report it to info@altai.games.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this text. We announce material changes in the app; if a change requires explicit consent, we will ask for it again. The effective date is shown at the top.
