Hesabını ve verilerini silme
Bu sayfa, Glowy tarafından yayımlanan Glowy uygulamasındaki hesabını ve ona bağlı verileri nasıl sileceğini anlatır.
Uygulamanın içinden (önerilen)
- Glowy'i aç ve Profil sekmesine git.
- Ayarlar'ı aç.
- Hesap bölümünde "Hesabı sil"e dokun.
- İki adımlı onayı tamamla. Hesabın ve verilerin hemen silinir.
- Profilini henüz tamamlamadıysan kayıt adımlarının ilk ekranındaki "Hesabımı sil" bağlantısını kullan.
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan
Hesabına kayıtlı e-posta adresinden info@altai.games adresine "Hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Hesabın sana ait olduğunu doğruladıktan sonra talebini en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getiririz.
Silinen veriler
- Hesap: e-posta adresin ve giriş bilgilerin; Google ya da Apple ile girdiysen sağlayıcı bağlantın (Apple izni de kaldırılır).
- Profil: adın, doğum tarihin, cinsiyet ve ilgi tercihin, fotoğrafların, hakkında yazın, şehrin, profil müziğin ve konumun.
- Eşleşmelerin, davetlerin ve mesajların; sohbetlerde gönderilen fotoğraflar (henüz incelenmemiş ya da kaldırılmış olanlar için aşağıdaki süreler geçerlidir).
- Oyun geçmişin, kalan davet hakların, serin, görevlerin ve başarıların.
- Bildirim jetonun ve uygulama tercihlerin.
Saklanan veriler
Silme kalıcıdır ve geri alınamaz. Hizmet sağlayıcımızın yedeklerindeki kopyalar yedekleme döngüsü içinde, en geç 30 gün içinde kendiliğinden yok olur. Açık rıza kayıtların (hangi tarihte, metnin hangi sürümüne) kimliğinden ayrılarak saklanır ve artık sana bağlanamaz. Seni ilgilendiren bir şikâyet ya da engel varsa, o anda alınan sohbet kopyası (son mesajlar) ve e-posta adresinin geri döndürülemez özeti alındıkları tarihten itibaren en geç 12 ay saklanır; kurallarımızı ihlal ettiği için kapatılmış bir hesabın e-posta özeti, kapatma kararı yürürlükte olduğu sürece saklanır. Aynı durumda Google/Apple hesap kimliğinin özeti de saklanır. Gönderdiğin bir sohbet fotoğrafı kaldırıldıysa ya da hesabın kapatıldıysa o anda alınan sohbet kopyaları da en geç 12 ay saklanır. Sohbetlerindeki henüz incelenmemiş fotoğraflar sohbetten hemen kalkar; güvenlik incelemesi için en çok 30 gün saklanır, sonra dosyalarıyla birlikte silinir. Kaldırılmış ya da bu sürede incelenip kaldırılan bir fotoğrafın kopyası ise silindiği andan itibaren en geç 12 ay saklanır. Bir fotoğraf çocuk istismarı şüphesiyle kaldırıldıysa o fotoğraf, o sohbetten alınan kanıt kopyaları, gönderenin kanıt kopyalarındaki kendi mesajları ve fotoğrafın inceleme kayıtları yasal süreç boyunca ve yalnız yetkili mercilere teslim edilmek amacıyla saklanır. Bir uyuşmazlık ya da resmî talep varsa ilgili kayıtlar yalnız mevzuatın öngördüğü süre boyunca saklanabilir. Uygulama içi satın alma kayıtları Apple ya da Google tarafından kendi politikalarına göre tutulur.
Hesabı silmeden veri silmek
Fotoğraflarını, hakkında yazını, şehrini ve profil müziğini Profili düzenle ekranından dilediğin an silebilir ya da değiştirebilirsin. Başka bir verinin silinmesi için info@altai.games adresine yaz.
Deleting your account and data
This page explains how to delete your account, and the data linked to it, in the Glowy app published by Glowy.
Inside the app (recommended)
- Open Glowy and go to the Profile tab.
- Open Settings.
- In the Account section, tap "Delete account".
- Complete the two-step confirmation. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
- If you have not finished your profile yet, use the "Delete my account" link on the first sign-up screen.
If you cannot access the app
Send an email with the subject "Account deletion" to info@altai.games from the email address registered to your account. Once we have confirmed the account is yours, we will complete your request within 30 days at most.
Data that is deleted
- Account: your email address and sign-in credentials; if you signed in with Google or Apple, that link (the Apple permission is revoked too).
- Profile: your name, date of birth, gender and interest preference, photos, bio, city, profile song and location.
- Your matches, invites and messages; the photos sent in your chats (for photos not yet reviewed or already removed, the periods below apply).
- Your game history, remaining invites, streak, quests and achievements.
- Your push token and app preferences.
Data that is kept
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Copies in our provider's backups expire within the backup cycle, within 30 days at most. Your explicit consent records (when, and to which version of the text) are kept separated from your identity and can no longer be linked to you. If a report or block involves you, the chat copy taken at that moment (the latest messages) and an irreversible digest of your email address are kept for at most 12 months from when they were taken; for an account closed for breaking our rules, the email digest is kept for as long as the closure decision stands. In that case the digest of the Google/Apple account identifier is kept as well. If a chat photo you sent was removed or your account was closed, the chat copies taken at that moment are also kept for at most 12 months. Photos in your chats that have not yet been reviewed disappear from the chat immediately; they are kept for safety review for up to 30 days, then deleted along with their files. The copy of a photo that had been removed, or that is reviewed and removed within that time, is kept for at most 12 months from deletion. If a photo was removed on suspicion of child sexual abuse, that photo, the evidence copies taken from that chat, the sender's own messages in evidence copies and the photo's review records are kept for as long as the legal process requires and only so that they can be handed over to the competent authorities. If there is a dispute or an official request, the relevant records may be kept only for the period required by law. In-app purchase records are held by Apple or Google under their own policies.
Deleting data without deleting your account
You can remove or change your photos, bio, city and profile song at any time on the Edit profile screen. To have any other data deleted, write to info@altai.games.
