Kullanım Şartları
Bu şartlar, Glowy ("biz") ile senin aranda, Glowy uygulamasının kullanımına ilişkin sözleşmedir. Hesap açarak ya da uygulamayı kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan uygulamayı kullanma.
1. Hizmet
Glowy, insanların önce gerçek zamanlı mini oyunlarda karşılaşıp sonra tanıştığı bir uygulamadır. Bir tanışma ya da ilişki sonucu garanti etmeyiz; kullanıcıların kimliğini, beyanlarını ya da geçmişini doğrulamayız.
2. Kimler kullanabilir
Uygulamayı kullanmak için:
- 18 yaşını doldurmuş olmalısın,
- bu sözleşmeyi yapmaya ehil olmalısın,
- daha önce kurallarımızı ihlal ettiğin için uygulamadan çıkarılmamış olmalısın,
- hakkında cinsel suç ya da şiddet suçundan kesinleşmiş mahkûmiyet bulunmamalı.
Tek bir kişi yalnız bir hesap açabilir.
3. Hesabın
Verdiğin bilgiler doğru ve sana ait olmalı. Fotoğrafların seni göstermeli. Şifreni kimseyle paylaşma; hesabınla yapılan her şeyden sen sorumlusun. Hesabını başkasına devredemez, satamazsın. Yetkisiz kullanım fark edersen hemen info@altai.games adresine bildir.
4. Nasıl çalışır
- Her gün belirli oyunlar herkese açık eşleşme için "sahne"dedir; sahnedeki oyunlar gün gün değişir.
- Herkese açık (rastgele) eşleşmede oynar ve çıkarsın; bu maçlardan sohbet açılmaz. Maçın sonunda karşındakinin profilini görür, dilersen onu Date modunda oyuna davet edersin.
- Date modunda dilediğin kişiyi davet hakkı karşılığında (ya da Glowy Sınırsız aboneliğiyle) oyuna davet edebilirsin; bazı oyunlar yalnız davetle oynanır. Davetle oynanan maç bitince iki oyuncu arasında sohbet açılır. İstemediğin kişiyi arkadaşlıktan çıkarabilir, engelleyebilir ya da şikâyet edebilirsin; arkadaşlıktan çıkarmak karşı tarafa bildirilmez.
- Herkese açık eşleşmede oynamak herkese ücretsizdir. Kazanmak, oyunda avantaj ve karşındaki kişinin kimliği satılmaz.
- Bang maçlarındaki tepki sürelerin kaydedilir ve sen çevrimdışıyken "gölge maç" olarak başkalarına karşı oynatılabilir; Ayarlar › Gizlilik'ten kapatabilirsin.
Oyunları, kuralları ve özellikleri zaman içinde değiştirebilir, ekleyebilir ya da kaldırabiliriz.
5. Topluluk kuralları — sıfır tolerans
Sakıncalı içeriğe ve kötü niyetli kullanıcılara karşı SIFIR TOLERANS uygularız. Şunlar yasaktır:
- Taciz, tehdit, zorbalık, ısrarlı rahatsız etme, ifşa.
- Çıplaklık, pornografi ve cinsel içerikli görsel ya da mesajlar; istenmeyen cinsel teklifler.
- Nefret söylemi: ırk, etnik köken, din, cinsiyet, cinsel yönelim, engellilik ya da benzeri bir özellik nedeniyle aşağılama.
- Şiddeti, kendine zarar vermeyi, yasa dışı maddeleri ya da herhangi bir suçu öven veya teşvik eden içerik.
- 18 yaşından küçükleri içeren ya da hedefleyen her türlü içerik; çocukların cinsel istismarı ve sömürüsü (aşağıda).
- Başkası gibi davranmak, sahte profil, başkasının fotoğrafını kullanmak.
- Dolandırıcılık, para isteme, reklam, spam, para karşılığı cinsel hizmet ya da eskort teklifi.
- Başkasının kişisel bilgisini izinsiz paylaşmak.
Bu kurallar profil alanları, fotoğraflar, mesajlar, sesli iletişim ve oyun içinde yazılan ya da çizilen her şey için geçerlidir. Sohbette gönderilen fotoğraflar — henüz incelenmeden silinmiş olsalar bile Gizlilik Politikası'nın 7. bölümündeki süre içinde — bu kurallara uygunluk açısından yetkili ekibimizce incelenebilir; aykırı fotoğraf kaldırılır.
Çocuk güvenliği: Çocukların cinsel istismarı ve sömürüsüne (CSAE) — çocuk istismarı görüntüsü, bir çocuğa cinsel amaçla yaklaşma (grooming), reşit olmayan biriyle cinsel içerikli iletişim, şantaj — mutlak sıfır tolerans uygularız. Böyle bir içerik derhal kaldırılır, hesap uyarısız ve kalıcı olarak kapatılır ve durum yetkili mercilere (Türkiye'de Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğü ve İhbar Web; gerektiğinde NCMEC dahil uluslararası kuruluşlar) bildirilir. 18 yaşından küçük olduğu bildirilen bir profil, inceleme bitene dek Date vitrininden ve rastgele eşleşmeden çekilir; kötüye kullanımı önlemek için bir kişinin bir günde gönderdiği olağan dışı sayıda bildirim önce elle incelenir. 6. Şikâyet, engelleme ve yaptırımlar
Her kullanıcıyı, karşına çıktığı her ekrandan engelleyebilir ve şikâyet edebilirsin. Engellediğin kişi seninle bir daha eşleşemez ve sana yazamaz.
Şikâyet ya da engel anında, inceleme yapılabilsin diye o sohbetin son mesajlarının bir kopyası alınır (Gizlilik Politikası, 7. bölüm). Mesajlardaki küfür ve hakaret içeren kelimeler otomatik olarak yıldızla gizlenir; ad ve hakkında yazısında bu kelimeler kabul edilmez.
Şikâyetleri en geç 24 saat içinde inceleriz. İnceleme süresince hesabı askıya alabiliriz: askıdaki hesap kimseye görünmez, mesaj ve davet gönderemez. İhlal saptadığımızda içeriği kaldırır ve ihlali yapan hesabı kapatırız; ağır ihlallerde uyarı yapmadan, kalıcı olarak. Gerekli gördüğümüzde durumu yetkili mercilere bildiririz. Kurallarımızı ihlal ettiği için kapatılan bir hesabın sahibi yeni hesap açamaz. Kapatılan hesaptaki puanlar ve satın alınmış içerikler iade edilmez.
7. İçeriğin
Yüklediğin fotoğraflar, yazdığın metinler ve oyun içinde ürettiğin içerik sana aittir. Bunları uygulamada gösterebilmemiz, saklayabilmemiz ve karşındaki kişilere iletebilmemiz için bize, hesabın açık olduğu süreyle sınırlı, dünya çapında, bedelsiz ve münhasır olmayan bir kullanım izni verirsin. Hesabını sildiğinde bu izin sona erer.
Yüklediğin içeriğin sana ait olduğunu ya da paylaşma hakkın bulunduğunu, kimsenin hakkını ihlal etmediğini kabul edersin. Kuralları ihlal eden içeriği haber vermeden kaldırabiliriz.
8. Adil oyun
Oyunlarda hile, otomasyon, bot, değiştirilmiş uygulama ya da sunucularımıza yetkisiz erişim yasaktır. Maç sonuçlarını sunucu doğrular. Maçı bilerek terk etmek, karşındaki kişinin deneyimini bozduğu için geçici eşleşme kısıtlamasına yol açabilir; internet bağlantının koptuğu maçların günde ilk ikisi terk sayılmaz. Aynı iki kişinin aynı gün oynadığı maçlardan yalnız ilk üçü davet hakkına sayılır. Hileyle kazanılan davet haklarını ve başarıları geri alabiliriz.
9. Davet hakkı
Davet hakkı, Date modunda oyun daveti göndermeye yarayan, yalnız uygulama içinde geçerli bir sayaçtır.
- Yeni hesap 3 davet hakkıyla açılır; bu hediye kişi başına bir kez verilir — hesabı silip yeniden açmak yeni hediye doğurmaz.
- Davet hakkı oynayarak kazanılır: sahnedeki her 10 maç bir hak, üst üste oynadığın her 7. gün bir hak; hakkın bittiğinde ödüllü video izleyerek haftada en çok 3 hak. Kazanılan hak 10'da durur. Davetli maçlar, kopan ya da çok kısa maçlar, kayıtlı (gölge) maçlar ve aynı kişiyle aynı gün oynanan üçüncüden sonraki maçlar sayılmaz; kişi başına günde en çok 20 maç sayılır.
- Davet hakkı para değildir; paraya, mala ya da uygulama dışında bir değere ÇEVRİLEMEZ, başkasına devredilemez, satılamaz ve satın alınamaz.
- Davet hakkı şansa bağlı olarak dağıtılmaz; kumar, çekiliş ya da şans oyunu içermez.
- Bir davet 1 hak; o gün sahnede olmayan bir oyuna davet ya da rövanş 1 hak daha (anahtar). Bir kişiye günde en çok 3 davet gönderilebilir.
- Davet iadesi: davetin reddedilir, cevapsız kalır, sen geri çekersen ya da maç oynanmazsa harcadığın hak iade edilir; hak yalnız maç oynanınca harcanır.
- Kazanım ve harcama miktarlarını dengeyi korumak için değiştirebiliriz.
- Hesabını sildiğinde ya da hesabın ihlal nedeniyle kapatıldığında kalan haklar silinir.
- 24 Ekim 2026'dan önce biriken puanlar o tarihte davet hakkına çevrildi (200 puan = 1 hak, en çok 30 hak); puan artık kazanılmaz ve harcanmaz.
10. Abonelik, satın almalar ve iade
Uygulama içi satın alma sunulduğunda ödemeler Apple App Store ya da Google Play üzerinden, onların şartlarıyla yapılır; kart bilgilerin bize ulaşmaz.
Abonelikler (sunulduğunda):
- Glowy Sınırsız (haftalık ya da aylık): Date modunda davet hakkı harcamadan oyun daveti — davet, rövanş ve karşı-teklif, sahne dışı oyunlar dahil — sohbette fotoğraf gönderme ve maç sonunda reklamsızlık. "Sınırsız" adil kullanım sınırlarıyla geçerlidir: günde en çok 8 kabul edilen davet (kabul edilmeyen davet sayılmaz) ve bir kişiye günde en çok 3 davet.
- Reklamsız (aylık): maç sonundaki reklamları kaldırır; ödüllü videolar senin seçimin olarak kalır.
- Herkese açık eşleşmede oynamak abonelikten bağımsız olarak herkese ücretsizdir; abonelik kazanmayı ya da oyunda avantaj sağlamaz.
- Fiyat, süre ve yenileme koşulları satın almadan önce ekranda gösterilir. Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse aynı süre ve fiyatla kendiliğinden yenilenir; ücret mağaza hesabından alınır. Aboneliği App Store ya da Google Play hesap ayarlarından yönetir ve iptal edersin; iptal ettiğinde erişimin dönem sonuna kadar sürer. Hesabını silmek aboneliği iptal etmez; aboneliğini mağaza ayarlarından ayrıca iptal etmelisin.
- Ödeme alınamazsa mağazanın tanıdığı ek süre boyunca erişimin sürer; ödeme yine alınamazsa abonelik sona erer.
Abonelik, onayınla satın alındığı anda ifasına başlanan dijital bir hizmettir. Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği m.15 uyarınca anında ifa edilen hizmetlerde cayma hakkı bulunmaz; satın alma ekranında bunu açıkça onaylarsın. Hatalı ya da mükerrer tahsilat gibi durumlarda iade talebini ilgili mağazaya (Apple ya da Google) iletebilirsin; zorunlu tüketici hakların saklıdır.
11. Gölge maç
Bang maçlarındaki tepki sürelerin kaydedilir; sen çevrimdışıyken bu kayıt adın ve fotoğrafınla başka oyunculara karşı "gölge" olarak oynatılabilir. Karşındaki kişi, gerçek zamanlı değil kayıtlı bir performansa karşı oynadığını her zaman görür. Gölge maç varsayılan olarak açıktır ve meşru menfaate dayanır (Gizlilik Politikası, 3. bölüm); Ayarlar › Gizlilik'ten istediğin an kapatırsın. Bir gölgeye karşı oynarsan adın, fotoğrafın ve skorun gölgenin sahibine gösterilir.
12. Buluşmalar ve güvenliğin
Uygulama dışındaki iletişiminden ve buluşmalarından yalnız sen sorumlusun. İlk buluşmayı kalabalık bir yerde yap, bir yakınına haber ver, tanımadığın kişiye para gönderme ve finansal bilgini paylaşma.
Kampanyalarda anlaşmalı mekânların sunduğu avantajlardan o mekân sorumludur; kampanya kodları kişiye özeldir, devredilemez ve paraya çevrilemez.
13. Hesabın sona ermesi
Hesabını dilediğin an Ayarlar › Hesap › Hesabı sil adımından silebilirsin. Bu şartları ihlal edersen hesabını askıya alabilir ya da kapatabiliriz. Hizmeti tümüyle sonlandırmaya karar verirsek makul bir süre önce duyururuz.
14. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur; kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Diğer kullanıcıların davranışlarından ve içeriklerinden onlar sorumludur. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde; dolaylı zararlardan, veri kaybından ve diğer kullanıcıların eylemlerinden doğan zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Kast ve ağır ihmalimizden doğan sorumluluğumuz ile tüketici mevzuatından doğan zorunlu hakların saklıdır.
15. Uygulanacak hukuk, değişiklikler ve iletişim
Bu şartlara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir; tüketicilerin kendi yerleşim yerindeki tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve mahkemelerine başvurma hakkı saklıdır.
Şartları güncelleyebiliriz; esaslı değişiklikleri uygulama içinden duyururuz. Değişiklikten sonra kullanmaya devam etmen yeni şartları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
Uygulamayı App Store'dan indirdiysen: bu sözleşme seninle Glowy arasındadır, Apple taraf değildir; uygulamanın içeriğinden, bakımından ve desteğinden Apple sorumlu değildir.

Terms of Use
These terms are the agreement between you and Glowy ("we") for your use of the Glowy app. By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
1. The service
Glowy is an app where people first meet in real-time mini games and get to know each other afterwards. We do not guarantee any introduction or relationship, and we do not verify users' identities, statements or backgrounds.
2. Who can use it
To use the app you must:
- be at least 18 years old,
- be legally able to enter into this agreement,
- not have been removed from the app before for breaking our rules,
- have no final conviction for a sexual or violent offence.
One person may hold only one account.
3. Your account
The information you give must be accurate and your own. Your photos must show you. Do not share your password; you are responsible for everything done through your account. You may not transfer or sell your account. If you notice unauthorised use, tell us right away at info@altai.games.
4. How it works
- Each day certain games are "on stage" for open matchmaking; the games on stage change from day to day.
- In open (random) matchmaking you play and leave; these matches do not open a chat. At the end you see the other person's profile and can invite them to a game in Date mode.
- In Date mode you can invite anyone you choose to a game using an invite (or with a Glowy Unlimited subscription); some games can only be played by invitation. When an invited match ends, a chat opens between the two players. You can unfriend, block or report anyone you don't want to talk to; unfriending is not shown to the other person.
- Playing in open matchmaking is free for everyone. Winning, in-game advantages and the other person's identity are never for sale.
- Your reaction times in Bang matches are recorded and may be played against other people as a "ghost match" while you're offline; you can turn this off in Settings › Privacy.
We may change, add or remove games, rules and features over time.
5. Community rules — zero tolerance
We have ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content and abusive users. The following are forbidden:
- Harassment, threats, bullying, persistent unwanted contact, doxxing.
- Nudity, pornography and sexual images or messages; unsolicited sexual advances.
- Hate speech: demeaning anyone for their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or a similar trait.
- Content that praises or encourages violence, self-harm, illegal drugs or any crime.
- Any content involving or targeting people under 18; child sexual abuse and exploitation (see below).
- Impersonation, fake profiles, using someone else's photos.
- Scams, asking for money, advertising, spam, offering sexual services or escorting for payment.
- Sharing someone else's personal information without permission.
These rules apply to profile fields, photos, messages, voice communication and anything written or drawn inside a game. Photos sent in chats — even if deleted before review, within the period in section 7 of the Privacy Policy — may be reviewed by our authorised team for compliance with these rules; a photo that breaks them is removed.
Child safety: we have absolute zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) — child sexual abuse material, approaching a child for sexual purposes (grooming), sexual communication with a minor, sextortion. Such content is removed immediately, the account is closed permanently and without warning, and the matter is reported to the competent authorities (in Türkiye, the General Directorate of Security and İhbar Web; where needed, international bodies including NCMEC). A profile reported as being under 18 is withdrawn from the Date showcase and random matching until the review is done; to prevent abuse, an unusual number of such reports from one person in a single day is reviewed by hand first. 6. Reporting, blocking and enforcement
You can block and report any user from every screen where you meet them. Someone you block can no longer be matched with you or message you.
When a report or block is made, a copy of that chat's latest messages is taken so it can be reviewed (Privacy Policy, section 7). Swear words and insults in messages are automatically starred out; such words are not accepted in names or bios.
We review reports within 24 hours at most. During a review we may suspend the account: a suspended account is invisible to everyone and cannot send messages or invites. When we find a violation, we remove the content and close the account responsible; for serious violations, permanently and without warning. Where we consider it necessary, we report the matter to the authorities. The owner of an account closed for breaking our rules may not open a new account. Points and purchased content in a closed account are not refunded.
7. Your content
The photos you upload, the text you write and the content you create in games belong to you. So that we can display, store and deliver them to the people you meet, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence limited to the time your account is open. The licence ends when you delete your account.
You confirm that your content is yours or that you have the right to share it, and that it infringes no one's rights. We may remove content that breaks the rules without notice.
8. Fair play
Cheating, automation, bots, modified apps and unauthorised access to our servers are forbidden. Match results are verified by the server. Deliberately abandoning a match spoils the other person's experience and may lead to a temporary matchmaking restriction; the first two matches a day that end because your internet connection dropped are not counted as abandoned. Only the first three matches between the same two people on the same day count toward invites. We may take back invites and achievements gained by cheating.
9. Invites
An invite is an in-app counter used to send game invites in Date mode, valid only inside the app.
- A new account starts with 3 invites; this gift is given once per person — deleting and reopening an account does not create a new gift.
- Invites are earned by playing: every 10 stage matches earn one, every 7th day in a row you play earns one; when you are out, you can watch a rewarded video for one, up to 3 a week. Earned invites stop at 10. Invited matches, dropped or very short matches, recorded (ghost) matches and matches with the same person after the third on the same day do not count; up to 20 matches a day count per person.
- Invites are not money; they CANNOT be converted into money, goods or any value outside the app, and cannot be transferred, sold or bought.
- Invites are never handed out by chance; there is no gambling, raffle or game of chance.
- An invite uses 1; inviting or rematching in a game that is not on stage that day uses 1 more (the key). You can send one person up to 3 invites a day.
- Invite refunds: if your invite is declined, goes unanswered, you withdraw it or the match is not played, the invites you spent are returned; they are only spent once the match is played.
- We may adjust earning and spending amounts to keep the economy balanced.
- When you delete your account, or it is closed for a violation, remaining invites are deleted.
- Points collected before 24 October 2026 were converted into invites on that date (200 points = 1 invite, up to 30); points are no longer earned or spent.
10. Subscriptions, purchases and refunds
When in-app purchases become available, payments are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms; your card details never reach us.
Subscriptions (once available):
- Glowy Unlimited (weekly or monthly): game invites in Date mode without using invites — invites, rematches and counter-offers, off-stage games included — sending photos in chat, and no ads at the end of matches. "Unlimited" is subject to fair-use limits: up to 8 accepted invites a day (unaccepted invites do not count) and up to 3 invites a day to the same person.
- Ad-free (monthly): removes the ads at the end of matches; rewarded videos remain your choice.
- Playing in open matchmaking is free for everyone regardless of any subscription; a subscription never buys winning or an in-game advantage.
- Price, duration and renewal terms are shown on screen before you buy. A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the charge is made to your store account. You manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings; when you cancel, access continues until the end of the period. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription; you must also cancel it in your store settings.
- If a payment fails, access continues during the grace period the store allows; if payment still fails, the subscription ends.
A subscription is a digital service whose performance begins, with your consent, as soon as you buy it. Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly; you expressly confirm this on the purchase screen. For cases such as an incorrect or duplicate charge, you can submit a refund request to the relevant store (Apple or Google); your mandatory consumer rights are reserved.
11. Ghost match
Your reaction times in Bang matches are recorded; while you are offline, that recording may be played against other players as a "ghost", with your name and photo. The other person always sees that they are playing against a recorded performance, not a live one. Ghost match is on by default and is based on legitimate interest (Privacy Policy, section 3); you can turn it off at any time in Settings › Privacy. If you play against someone's ghost, your name, photo and score are shown to the ghost's owner.
12. Meeting people and your safety
You alone are responsible for your communication and meetings outside the app. Meet for the first time in a busy place, tell someone close to you, never send money to someone you do not know, and never share financial information.
In campaigns, the partner venue is responsible for the benefits it offers; campaign codes are personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money.
13. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings › Account › Delete account. If you break these terms, we may suspend or close your account. If we decide to shut down the service entirely, we will announce it a reasonable time in advance.
14. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee that it will work without interruption or error. Other users are responsible for their own conduct and content. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or damage arising from the actions of other users. Our liability for intent and gross negligence, and your mandatory rights under consumer law, are reserved.
15. Governing law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction; consumers keep the right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and courts of their own place of residence.
We may update these terms; we announce material changes in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
If you downloaded the app from the App Store: this agreement is between you and Glowy, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the app's content, maintenance or support.
